Refund policy

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.

• Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@miacozybedding.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist you at no extra cost.
